The space is divided into a Gourmet Area,
where the Chef prepares the items whilst
providing private and group lessons on food
preparation, for his clients. This layout ensures all clients
are seated on the bar stools at the front,
ensuring direct focus on the chef preparing
The red wall that separates the Culinarium Forum from the Industrial kitchen has several openings so that the clients can enjoy a peek over the backstage kitchen.
This Industrial kitchen is used to prepare all the catering orders, so its design is suited to fit a higher capacity of services. Designed in stainless steel all the basins, countertops and appliances give an industrial and bulky touch to the environment.
